She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy T. Kile and Hazel Marie Kile (Kimble); her husbands, Frederick W. Rice and Maynard W. Rotruck; her grandson Shane Tyler Rice; and her siblings, Mabel Charlton, Catherine Weasenforth, Monica Dinteman, Raymond, Earl, Glen, Boyd and Walter Kile.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Rice of Keyser, Ronnie Rice (Penny Likin) of Rawlings, MD, Mitchell Rice (Tammy Fiorita) of Ridgeley, WV and Brad Rotruck (Amy Brooks) of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Roger Rice, Jr., Justin Todd Rice, Katelynn Michelle Rice, Katrina Dawn Rice, Bradly Austin Rotruck and Connor Wright Rotruck; and her great grandchild Jude Tyler Rice.
