She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold D. "Andy" Staggs and Donna Lou Staggs (King). She is survived by: her sister Deborah A. Hoover (Charles) of Uniontown, PA; her nephew Matthew C. Hoover (Meghan) of Tampa, FL; her great-nephew Hudson; and her close friends, Debbie Seldomridge, Bob King and Dr. Martie Helmick. She is also survived by her family and friends.
