He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Seaman (Malone); his children, Steven Davis (Stella) of Tampa, FL, Theresa L. "Terri" Seaman (David Rucker) of Keyser and Thomas J. "T. J." Seaman (Trish) of Woodbridge, VA; his grandchildren, Frank Smith, Jessica VanEijsden, Alexandra Seaman, Pamela Sullivan, Patrick VanEijsden, Pamela Valdez and Christopher McClaskey; his great grandchildren, Landyn, Savannah, Tiara, Jada, Jordan, Daniel, Timothy, Isaac and Isaiah; his great great grandchild Lilliana; and his sister Patricia A. Caldwell (John) of Burlington. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Throughout his life, Jim forged lasting relationships and made lasting contributions to his community.
