He was predeceased by: his father Junior Robert Evans; and his sister June Ann Lloyd. He is survived by: his mother Neva Ann Evans Markle (Bowman) of Keyser; his stepfather Lloyd Markle; his wife Debbie L. Evans (Moon); his son James A. "J. J."; his granddaughter Trinity D. Evans; his siblings, David Evans of Keyser, Rick Evans (Sue) of Maysville, WV, Robert Evans of Keyser and Mary Deisroth (Lou) of Keyser; his parent-in-law Jean Moon of Keyser; and his brothers-in-law, Junior Moon (Tonya) of Oakland, MD, Jeff Moon (Renetta) of Keyser and Greg Moon (Crystal) of Keyser.
