Harvey (Terry Harvey); his children, Isaac and Evita Harvey; his brother Scott Harvey; his sister-in-law Laurie Ann; his sister Katie Labovitz; his brother-in-law Bruce; his nieces, Jennifer and Sarah Labovitz; and his nephew Jacob.
