He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Hott and Lillie Hott (Ellifritz); and his siblings, Leo, Ronald Hott and Lora Barbera (Hott).
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Derwart of Baldwin; his siblings, Frances Buonano of Flordia, Dorothy Rounds of Maryland, Candace Holland of Maryland, Freddie of Flordia, Douglas (Marvin), Lynn (Richard) and Randy of Florida; his granddaughters, Hannah and Rachel Derwart; and his close friend Marva Snyder (Marty).
