He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Arnold Campbell, Sr. and Blanche Aileen Campbell (Keys); and his sister Valoria Louise Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Cornelia Bernice Campbell (Smith); his children, JoAnn Campbell-Wilson (Bobby) of Baltimore, MD, Ronda Scott (Carl) of Keyser and Mark Campbell (Melissa) of Keyser; his grandchildren, Damon (Lisa), Tara, Carl, Jr. (Michelle), Taryn (Mike), Aaryn, Amayah, BreeAnn and Jasmine; his great grandchildren, Damon, Jr., Jamaine, Nyjah, Nyla, Kamiyah and Neveah; his granddaughter Kalin Walker; his great grandchildren, Dominik and Alaina; his sister Freda Victoria Campbell of Baltimore; his nieces and nephews, Dana, Darrell, Kevin and Brian; his nephew Shad (Tia); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Teeshae, Teeshawna, Shad, Jr. and Sanaa; his aunt Thelma Stewart (Keys); his cousin Ted Twyman; and also Jazmyn.
