He is survived by: his former wife Audrey M. Shreve of Keyser; his son Keith Shreve (Joyce) of Keyser; his sisters, Donna Smith of Kissimmee, FL and Betty Brotemarkle of Ridgeley, WV; his grandchildren, Clinton Shreve, Candace Shreve, Dylan Anderson and Matthew Bennett; and his niece Crystal Koch.
