He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn O. Riggleman, Sr. and Charlotte Riggleman (Shoemaker) of Virginia; and his siblings, Steve Riggleman, Sr. and Sandra K. Perry. He is survived by: his wife Sandra F. Riggleman (Dawson); his sons, Chris Riggleman (Jennifer), Eric Riggleman (Gary) and Jacob M. Hartman; his stepdaughters, Samantha Redman of Mississippi, Holly Hartman of Martinsburg, WV and Natasha Hartman of Martinsburg, WV; his grandsons, Collin and Jamison Riggleman; his stepgrandchildren, Keyonna, Marissa, Isaiah, Christopher, Aiden, Llori, Jayce and Alan; and his sister Beverly Miller (Ernie Cook) of Rawlings, MD.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests the use of face masks by those who will be attending services for Mr. Riggleman.
