He is survived by: his sons, Richard Lee Westfall (Lisa) of Martinsburg, WV and Brian Neil Westfall, Sr. (Terri) of Keyser; and his grandchildren, James Robert Westfall, Corey James Shears, Brian Neil Westfall, II, Shayla Bittinger, Clinton Shreve and Candace Shreve. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and many close friends.
