He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Cook (Hickey); his daughter Corinna Virts (Jamie) of Elk Garden; his granddaughter Kriston Staggs (Caleb) of Elk Garden; and his siblings, Danny Cook of Keyser, Betty Delawder of Keyser, Delores Spiker of Westernport, MD and Brenda Guinn (Fred) of Keyser.
