He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Jacob "Jake" and Dena Luella Foster (Riggleman); his siblings, James Marvin "Buckshot" Foster and Martha Parsons; his parents-in-law, Willard Riggleman and Mae Lyons; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Arnold, Mark Lyons, Walter Riggleman and Edward Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Foster (Riggleman); his daughters, Vanessa "Nessa" Renee Thompson (Richard) and Jessica Nicole Foster; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Nicole Thompson, Taryn Linae Thompson, Carmen Kayleah Biser, Samuel Blake Biser and Tatum Reese Thompson; and his siblings, Leila Arnold of Keyser, Jake Foster (Linda) of Burlington, WV, Douglas Foster of Keyser, Bertha Foote (John) of Keyser, Sue Arnold (Hillary "Carl") of McCoole and Charlotte Gardner (Daniel) of New Creek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
