He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis C. Clem and Marian E. Junkins (Rice); his son Gene Calvin Clem, II; his brother Donald L. Clem (Terri); and his stepparents, Maurice Junkins and Eloise Clem.
He is survived by: his wife Janice J. Clem (Gray); his sons, David Stephen Clem (Tammy) and Joseph Clem; his brothers, Thomas Junkins (Susan) and Jay Clem (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Gene C. Clem, III (Amy), Natasha E. Woods (Tim), Jeremiah Clem (Leah), Josh Clem, Recce Clem, Justin Clem and Elijah Clem. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
