He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Marshall and Charlotte Kay Simmons; and his grandfather Alonzo Ralph. He is survived by: his grandmother Virginia Alberta Evans (Morris); his children, Amanda Marie Sweitzer (Justin) of Westernport, MD, Joshua Wayne Evans (Renae) of New Creek and Brianna Nicole Evans of New Creek; his sister Jennifer Lynn Hickey (Michael) of New Creek; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Amberlea and Madelynn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
