He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Junior Clark and Mary Louise Litten (Menefee); his daughter Amy Carpenter; and his siblings, LeeAnn and LeeRoy Litten.
He is survived by: his stepmother Flossie Clark; his wife Anna Lee Clark (Welch); his daughters, Stacy Groves of Cumberland and Rachel Wattendarger of Kansas City, MO; his stepson Robert Shrout (Brenda) of Keyser; and his half-siblings, Clarence "Sparky" Clark of Elkins, WV, Michael Litten of Florida, Nancy Jones of Keyser, Margo Judy of Danville, VA and Arlene "Tink" Burkhardt of Hurt, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
