She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus L. Miller and Ella M. Miller (Lough); her husbands, Russell Bernard Iser and Joseph T. Cowatch; her children, Richard Iser and Teresa Iser; and her siblings, Stanley L. Miller, Ernest L. Miller (Virginia) and Maryann L. Mongold.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy High (Rick) of Keyser, Lisa Thorn (Kenneth) of Petersburg, WV and Stephen R. Iser of Keyser; her grandchildren, Kourtni, Kurtis, Kristopher High, Stephanie Bauer and Jordan Brashear; her great grandchildren, Trevan Keen and Lauri Brashear; and her siblings-in-law, Yvonne Miller of Accident, MD and Sango "Mutt" Mongold of Keyser. She is also survived by her cats and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
