She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Holmes and Zona Cornelia Cash (Keith); her husband Donald M. Staggs; her son David M. Staggs (Cynthia); and her sister Dorothy Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jerry D. Staggs (Judith) of Columbus, OH, Stephen D. Staggs (Julie) of Burlington, WV and Patricia Gail Heishman (Robert) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
