She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd F. Lohr and Ruth F. Lohr (Handwerk); her husband Victor "Pete" Hines; and her brothers, William Carlton and Harold Franklin Lohr.
She is survived by: her close friend William Warnick of Keyser. She is also survived by one nephew; two nieces; and numerous cousins.
