He is survived by: his parent Ida Margaret Twigg (Hart) of Cresaptown; his wife Nancy Ann Twigg (Manning); his daughter Tonya Lenae Twigg; and his grandchildren, Courtney Paige of Keyser, Brody Bryce of Keyser and Alex Bryce of Keyser.
