With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elrose Smith (Keyser, West Virginia), who passed away on December 26, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richard and Agnes Tibbetts (Flynn); her husband Edward Smith; and her daughter Vickie Ann Smith. She is survived by: her children, Mark Edward Smith of Keyser, Kimberly Sue Foster of Front Royal, VA and Julie Lynn Miers (David) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Camden Smith of Keyser, Ashley, Garret Foster of Front Royal and Kade Miers of Cincinnati; and her siblings, Richard Tibbetts (Melissa) of Point Pleasant, WV and Laura Ward of Charleston, WV..
