He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Diamond and Beth Frances Dean (Mustoe); and his close friend Heather Cross. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Perry (Kathy) of Keyser, Kathy Modlin (Steve) of Keyser and Kitty Sue Hunt of Lewisburg, WV; his nephews, Nathan Modlin, Isaac Modlin, Morgan Perry and Patrick Hunt; his aunts, Carol Martin (Mustoe), Connie Kesecker (Whitmore) and Lillian Barber; his uncle Sam Mustoe; his cousin Laura Holland; and his close friend Lorraine Mishow.
Due to the current health concerns, all guests are required to wear face masks and exercise social distancing at all time.
