It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Ray Fazenbaker Jr. of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray Thomas Fazenbaker, Sr., Angie Fazenbaker and Charles Vohn Alt, Sr.; his uncles, Charles V. "Chuck" Alt, Jr. and Scott (Pam Alt); and his aunt Tracy Alt.
He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Ray Fazenbaker, Sr. and Pamela D. Fazenbaker (Alt) of Keyser; his daughter Amanda Coffman of Keyser; his grandsons, Trenton and Trevor Fazenbaker; his children, Hazley and Maddox Fazenbaker; his grandmother Jean Alt of Keyser; his aunts, Patsy Watson, Bonnie (Robert Imes), Sharon (Andy Winters) and Donna Fazenbaker; and also Ashley Snyder of Keyser.
A funeral service will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 1:00 p. m. Those attending are reminded that face masks and social distancing are recommended.
