She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bartlett and Bertha Bartlett (Rolls); her husband James R. Scott, Sr.; and her siblings, Alfred Bartlett, Walter Bartlett and Frances L. Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, James Randolph Scott, Jr. (Eyvonne) of South Field, MI, Frances "Peachie" Jones of Keyser and Christine Marshall (Larry) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Terri Lynn, Deatria, Gerri Lee, Monique, Shannon, Flo, Randy, III, Ryan, Ebony and Janell; and her sister-in-law Frances Bartlett. She is also survived by her 21 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
