She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Alexander Southerly, Sr. (Mary) and Dorothy Dale Barrick (Howard K. Barrick, Jr.); her siblings, Jerry W. Southerly, Sr., Eugene Southerly, Sr. and Katherine Lewis; her parents-in-law, Donald, Marie Brooke and Larry R. Cox; and her grandson Andy Smith.
She is survived by: her significant other Steve Cox.
