She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Guy King and Bertha Virginia King (Jenkins); her husband Arnold "Andy" D. Staggs; and her siblings, George P. King, Jack B. King, Bill King and Peg Cash.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Hoover (Charles) of Uniontown, PA and Jane S. Staggs of Keyser.
