We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020, at the age of 69, Donna Kay Shaffer (Keyser, West Virginia) passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell B. Shaffer and Eleanor V. Shaffer (White). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sheila E. Anderson, Leonard Carl Anderson, Curtis Lee Anderson, Linda L. Anderson, Robert Thomas Shaffer and Lydia K. Chung.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public visitation; however a public graveside service will be conducted on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 2:00 p. m. at the Queen's Point Cemetery, Keyser with Pastor Jody Bean officiating. All friends and family are asked to please assemble at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday by 1:30 p. m. All those attending are reminded that face masks and adherence to social distancing guidelines are required.
