He is survived by: his girlfriend Ruth Miller; his children, Justin "Jay" Buchina of Keyser, Tina Best (Josh) of Moorefield, WV and Leslie Miller of Keyser; and his siblings, William "Danny" Lewis (Catherine) of Keymont, WV, John Lewis (Rachel) of Keymont, Robert "Bob" Lewis (Ethel) of Keyser, Fred Lewis (Yvonne) of Keyser, James "Tim" Lewis of Inwood, WV, Ronald "Ronnie" Lewis (Kim) of Keyser, Richard "Rick" Lewis (Debbie) of Burlington, WV and Mary Rebecca Lewis of Keyser.
