He was predeceased by: his parents, Anstie W. Heare and Verna M. Heare (Kesner); his wife Linda Heare (Cain); and his brother Joseph H. Heare. He is survived by: his children, Donald L. Heare (Debra) of Fort Ashby, Stephen K. Heare (Sherri) of Keyser and Karen L. Campbell (John) of Keyser; his close friend Shirley A. Beckman; and his sister Rena M. Loick. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
