He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Jeffrey Clay, Sr. and Betty Sue Clay (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Georgeianna B. S. Clay (Blacka); his daughter Jazmen Skye Clay; his brother Derik S. Clay; his parents-in-law, Shelby Moorehead, George and Mary Blacka (Shears); his siblings-in-law, Katauna Blacka, Sara Brown, Kenny Gano (Amber), B. J. Gano and Aaron Gano; and his goddaughter Halley Blacka (Lillie Wilson).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Markwood Funeral Home, P.O. Box 912, Keyser, WV 26726, to help defray funeral expenses.
