It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Della B. Spencer of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alva Hoopengardner and Clara Hoopengardner (Miller); her husband Ronald G. Spencer; her children, Philip M. Spencer of Keyser and Lisa M. Mullins (Steve) of Winchester, VA; her grandsons, Jonathan of Winchester and Jacob Mullins of Winchester; and her siblings, Pete Miller (Carol) of Cumberland, MD and Rose Wilhelm of Centerville, PA. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews and her special canine companion.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no visitation or services.
