He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Eugene and Betty Melvina Turner (Bircher); and his former wife Betty Mae Turner (Sims). He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Lynn Turner of Keyser and Jessica Renee Turner of Keyser; his fiancé Stacey Rodeheaver of Keyser; his brothers, Jeff Turner (Joyce) of Elk Garden, WV, Bruce Turner (Terry) of North Carolina and Perry Turner (Bille Jo) of New Creek, WV; and his grandchildren, Katlyn Brantner, Christopher Brantner and Colton Turner.
