He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Rogers and Bessie E. Rogers (Fleek); his wife Lois Rogers (Price); and his sister Reda Williams of Glen Burnie, MD. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Emery (Bob) of Delray Beach, FL; his brother Ronald A. Rogers of Cumberland, MD; and his close friend Naomi Snider. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
