He is survived by: his parent Helen Louise Rice (Plum); his children, Richard Darrell Rice of Keyser, Helen Louise Harrill (Mike) of Morris, IL and Hope Elaine LaRusch (Frank) of Smyrna, GA; his grandchildren, Richard Darrell Rice, II, Tawny Paige Rice, Justin Harrill, Jessica Ann Harrill, Samantha Elaine LaRusch and James Christopher LaRusch; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Barrick, Richard Barrick, Crystal Atkins, Debbie Wilmoth, Kurt Funderburg, Mark Rice and Charles "Chip" Rice.
