She is survived by: her husband David Fields, Sr.; her children, Robert Shrout (Renee), Guy Klingensmith (Pamela), Traci Leptic, Michael D. Fields, Jr. (Donna), John P. Fields, Heather Fields (Will Metz) and Alicia Foley (Wilbur); and her sister Pamela McFarland (Mark). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
