He was predeceased by: his parents, Troxol Miller and Mary Miller; his wife JoAnn Marie Miller (Greenhorn); his sister Jane Sawers; and his daughters, Paula Ann Neild and Julie Cary.
He is survived by: his son Tom Miller (Angie) of Augusta, WV. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
