Riggs, Jr. of Keyser, Karen D. Davidson (Steve) of Rawlings, MD, Eric F. Riggs (Sherry) of Mount Savage, MD and Jennifer N. Olson (Shane) of Gilbert, AZ; her siblings, Leslie L., Mary G. George (Robert) of Cumberland and Donna K. Pruitt (Willie) of Frostburg, MD; her siblings-in-law, Judith Blackburn of Westernport, MD, Betty Sutherland of Westernport, MD, Debra Miller of Houston and Ronald Kerns (Sindi) of Martinsburg, WV.; her grandchildren, Justin Ridings, D'Sean Hall, Stephanie Riggs, Bethany Rooney, Alex Ridings (Kiersten Citarelli), James Riggs, Mark Clark, Vanessa Riggs, Donovan Hall and Isabelle Olson; and her great grandchildren, Alora Ridings, Zariah Hall and Ciara Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She donated much of her time working with charity and religious organizations.
