She was predeceased by: her parents, George Guinn and Leah Fazenbaker (Duckworth); her husband Robert W. Smith, Sr.; her sons, Harry E. Dohm, Jr. and Dana Joseph Dohm; her sister LeeAnn Harshbarger; and her stepdaughter-in-law Tammie Smith.
She is survived by: her stepfather Howard Fazenbaker; her children, David Vincent Smith, Sr. (Janice) of Franklin, WV, Terry C. Dohm (Melanie) of Columbia, SC and Candace Denise Bosley (Chris) of Keyser; her stepson Robert W. Smith, Jr. of Burlington, WV; her grandchildren, David V. Smith, Jr., Chrisi George (Scott), Cevin Bosley (Samantha) and Dana Lynn Dohm; and her stepgrandchildren, Sarina and Bobby Smith. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
