It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Kay Hamilton of Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Arden" Tichnell and Juanita Pauline Tichnell (Bernard); her husband Ralph "Woody" Hamilton; her brother Bill Tichnell; and her grandson Andrew Young.
She is survived by: her sisters, Pauline Foreback (Tim) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Sally Tichnell of Myrtle Beach, SC; her sister-in-law Martha Jo Tichnell (Keller) of Charles Town, WV; her children, Dana Young (Jamie) of Short Gap, WV, April Ozmore (John) of Williamsburg, VA, Darron Young of Cascade, VA and Molly Porter (Young) of Keyser; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Megan Hanlin, Dakota, Caroline Plum (Young), Olivia Young, Evan Bretl, Dillon Young, Corinna Young, Colette Young, John Young, Jesse Porter and Daphne Hanlin.
