He was predeceased by: his brothers, Frederick "Bub" Jr. of Washington and Todd Hartford Muse of Keyser. He is survived by: his parents, Frederick H. Sr. Price of Washington and Beverly Price of Washington; his children, Jessica Taylor (Aaron) of Keyser, Christopher Robinette of Morgantown, Trae Davis (Lexy) of Keyser, Jurnee Price, Jaiden Price of Keyser and Michael Hedrick; and his siblings, Rodney Twyman (Michelle) of Carpendale, WV, Chanse Twyman (Stephanie) of Manassas, VA, Brandon, Steve Meade of Altoona, PA., Brittany Price of Keyser, India Simms of Hardford, CT and Tina Pearsall (Derwin) of Sterling, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
