She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Hines and Anna Frances Hines (Rogers); her daughter-in-law Tonya Cozatt; her granddaughter Dominique Marie Cozatt; and her siblings, Mary Lou Vest, Elaine Umstot, Bill, Donald and Jerry Hines.
She is survived by: her children, John D. Cozatt of Short Gap, WV, Clyde H. Foor of Keyser and Anna M. Hartman (Todd W. Ellifritz) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Keana D. Cozatt, Ceairra R. Dolly, Alex W. Marshall and John W. Hartman; and her great grandchildren, Stella Marie Taylor, Lukah and Kaz Dolly.
