He is survived by: his children, Bobby Jeffrey and Roxann; his stepdaughters, Amanda Elliott of Keyser and Jammie Smith of Keyser; his siblings, Linda Powers (Elbert) of Lebanon, VA, Harold Jeffrey of Piney Flats, TN. and Keith; and his sister-in-law Kathy VanMeter.
