She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Albert and Hazel Elizabeth Kerns (Cook); and her husband Thomas E. "Tom" Harbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Harbaugh (Glynna) of Bloomington, MD, Angela Bowers (David) of Keyser and Michelle Brill (Steven) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Lauren Snyder (Mark), Ashlie Brill, Hannah Wingler (Eric), Corey Brill, Brent Harbaugh (Kari) and Brittany Chojar; and her great grandchildren, Rylan, Laurel Wingler, Emma, Ian Harbaugh, Kahlan and Kiya Chojar.
