She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon P. Smith and Mary E. Smith (Hill); her husband Charles F. "Sonny" Rader; her daughters, Saundra Jean Rader and Barbara Ann Miller; and her siblings, Joseph, Luther, Paul Smith, Mary Smith, Anna Mae Iser and Tina Bowman.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie L. Rader of Keyser; her son-in-law Steve Miller of Keyser; her grandchildren, Steven Michael Miller, Christopher S. Miller and Melanie D. Hunt; and her great grandchildren, Zinin, Briana, Preston, Braiden, Shayla, Hannah, Levi, Courtney Miller and Jacob Hunt.
