He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan J. "Buck" Faulk, Jr. and Justina Mae Faulk (Parish); his brother William J. "Bill" Faulk; his niece Ginny Hendricks; his nephew Bradley Faulk; his father-in-law Joseph G. "Joe" Dawson; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Anderson (Dawson) and Nancy Faulk (Sagal) of Keyser.
He is survived by: his children, Brian J. Faulk (Krista) of Keyser and Misty Stoller (Dave) of Middlebourne, WV; his stepson Ronnie H. Seagrave (Judy) of Middlebourne; his grandchildren, Brison, Benton, Nikki, Hunter, D. J., Jackie, Parker and Timmy; his siblings, Olan J. (Faulk, III), Neal "Butch" Faulk of Keyser, Robert "Bob" Faulk (Sara) of Chantilly, VA and Jeanette "Jean" Marshall of Keyser; and his mother-in-law Barbara L. Dawson of Middlebourne.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to either WVU Medicine Hospice, 100 Pin Oak Lane, Keyser, WV 26726 or to the Smith Funeral Home, 85 S. Main Street Keyser, WV 26726 to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
