He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Miller and Sylvia Arbutus Miller (Myers); and his sisters, Virginia Bauer, Guilda Cook and Janet True.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Miller (Stevens); his daughters, Lisa Umstot (Peyton) of Reese's Mill, WV and Cheryl Anderson (Keith) of Stephens City, VA; his grandchildren, Sarah Umstot, Matthew Umstot and Nicholas Wagoner; his great grandchild Teagan W. Stein; and his siblings, Edward Ray Miller of Keyser, Christine Lutman of Keyser, Ina Ray of Reidsville, NC and Barbara Snyder of Youngstown, OH..
