It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne Stickley of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joanna C. and Baker; her stepfather Arnold S. Lyon; her husband Ray "Toby" Stickley, Sr.; her sons, Ray T. Stickley, Jr. (Margie M.) of Hagerstown, MD, Michael K. Stickley (Joanne E.) of Keyser and Mark S. Stickley (Betty H.) of Moorefield, WV.; and her grandchildren, Chris Stickley (Cindy), Andy Stickley (Samantha), Eric Stickley (Julie), Paula Shafer (Blake), Kelsey Stickley, Joshua Stickley (Michaela), Alex Stickley and Taylor Stickley. She was also cherished by her 11 great-grandchildren.
