He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Anna Baker (Dawson) of Virginia; and his siblings, Walter, Junior W. Baker, Leona, Erma Landis and Bernadine Knox.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma J. Baker (Wilt); his sons, Andrew W. Baker, Jr. (Sonia) of Burlington and Matthew W. Baker (Serena) of Burlington; his siblings, Lawrence Baker of Elk Garden, WV, Ella Mae Cook of Keyser and Wilma L. Baker of Elk Garden; and his grandchildren, Samual Baker, Alyssa Baker, Caitlin Hartzler, Austin Baker, Morgan Bowers and Alex Martin.
