It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Russell of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Piedmont, West Virginia, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Shipman and Flora Shipman (Jones); her significant other Edwin M. "Eddie" Russell; her sisters, Flora Mae Pownall (Donald) and G. Eloise Smith (John); and her brother-in-law Calvin Alt.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery C. Russell (Robin) of Edenton, NC, Kathryn J. Berry (Dennis) of Edenton, NC and Charles Russell (Dianna) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Nicole Minnick (Jeremy), Jacqualine Erb (Daniel), John Russell, Jared Russell (Heather), Jinger Hickman (Mark), Autumn Russell, Logan Russell and Victoria Russell; and her sisters, Norma Alt, Judy Weaver (Dowaine), Edie Hinkle (Bob) and Krista Guyer. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
