Kilmer (Keyser, West Virginia), born in Tarrytown, New York, who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Margery F. Kilmer (Mills); and his daughter Pamela F. Kilmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen L. Marshall (Ruben), Marshall Cadovius of Keyser and Linda G. Cadovius (Paul); and his grandchildren, Pamela L. O'Dea (Matthew O'Dea), Jeremy A. Cadovius (Sonja Cadovius), David A. Marshall (Jana Marshall), Tiffany L. Sluder (Keith Sluder) and James A. Marshall.
