He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Lee Fife (Hager); and his wife Chrystal L. Ebert (Torbet). He is survived by: his father Earl W. "Duke" Ebert (Deborah); his sons, Chace Ebert of Fort Worth, TX and Levi Ebert of Keyser; his siblings, Robert Scott Meuselbach, Eric Meuselbach, Erin Ebert and Erica Ebert; and his pet Aries Cerberus Ebert. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
